Michigan Marching is pleased to announce that The Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps has become a sponsor of our website.
The Blue Stars are a Drum Corps International World Class Drum and Bugle Corps based out of LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Founded in 1964, they are one of the original thirteen founding members of DCI. In 1972, The Blue Stars earned second place in the First DCI World Championships in Whitewater, Wisconsin. The Corps has won Division III Champion Titles in 1989, 1993, 2001, and 2003. The Blue Stars returned to Division I (now World Class) in 2006, where they have consistently remained in the top 14 corps. They have performed in World Class Finals 12 times, from 1972-1979, and more recently from 2008-2011.
For their 2013 season, The Blue Stars are offering four audition camp locations. Prospective members will only need to attend one of these four camps:
