Preliminary Competition
During Prelims Awards, BOA announces the top three placements of the Four Classes, as well as the caption awards in each of those four classes. BOA does not announce scores for Prelims, but it is scores only (not classes, nor awards) that determine qualification for Finals. Below, we have listed the Classes of each Band, and their announced placement and caption awards from Prelims, and if they advanced into finals.
